What's the biggest difference between homes that sell quickly and homes that don't?

Want to know the biggest difference between homes that sell quickly and homes that don't?

👉In my experience it’s a combination of a few things. Some work better than others and of course it all depends on the area and type of home.

1️⃣ Photos and staging. Most searching is done online. People make up their mind in a matter of seconds if your home is worth viewing. You have to stand out here!

2️⃣ Move-in ready condition. A house is more appealing if the buyer doesn’t have to do anything when they move in.

3️⃣ Curb Appeal. First impressions matter. This is not the time to neglect the front yard and entryway.

4️⃣ Please, please, clean your home! Surprisingly, this is often something we see missing. A deep clean of your home is a must, no matter what the price point!

5️⃣ Finally, it usually comes down to the price. A knowledgeable Realtor will do their research to come up with a price point based on recent comparables. If you’re unable to make your home look it’s best or fix any major issues you will want to adjust the price to reflect the current condition!

It's not always about the price.... buttttt most of the time, for the right price, those other factors mentioned above can be overlooked.

I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments! Could you overlook a home that is now "move-in ready" is the price was right?
